You can use the new "Reopened" task status to mark work that needs to get redone. This usually happens when task was rejected by QA, product owner or manager. Or, similarly, when decision to "Will Not Do" was rejected.
Acunote considers "Reopened" tasks as another kind of "In Progress" tasks, meaning that:
- they are included into "Not Closed" task list filter
- they are returned by "status: Not Closed" search query
- analytics and burndowns will show their work as partially done
You also can filter for reopened tasks in the task list and search for "status: Reopened".
