Can I install Acunote on my own servers?

We offer a couple of options beyond our regular hosted account.

  1. We can setup a separate instance of application on our regular hosting provider EngineYard. You'd need 3 "slices." We can maintain the slices or we can have your IT do it if you prefer.
  2. We can host on your own hardware maintained by your IT.

In either case we'd need access to the hosted install and will maintain and keep it at the same version as our main hosted install. Acunote is under very active development, and we routinely deploy new version couple of times a week, generally transparently to the users. We need continued access to do that, and to provide high-quality and cost-effective support.

Our Pricing: Price Min. # of Users
Hosting on Separate EngineYard Instance $20/user/month
+ hosting fees
100
Hosting on Customer Hardware $30/user/month 200
License Purchase for Customer Hardware $500/user

All options require one year minimum commitment.
